Under the direction of the Regional Partner, the Regional Administrative Assistant performs administrative and office support activities for the Regional Partner and regional support team members. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing.

 

Responsibilities

  • Process and monitor budget and expense accounts for the department including P-card approvals and reconciliation
  • Manage multiple calendars; prioritize and plan work activities using time efficiently
  • Gather and evaluate information as well as proofread, compose, and prepare correspondence, reports, presentations and other complex documents for department
  • Assist with planning and coordinating meetings, multiple presentations and department events
  • Arrange for travel inclusive of complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries; compile documents for travel-related meetings
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly budget reports for the department
  • Create and manage departmental project calendars

Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree in business or related field
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience
  • Medical and/or Dental experience preferred
  • Knowledge of office practices, technology applications, and reporting systems
