About the Role

At ICONIX Waterworks, we help deliver the infrastructure that keeps communities running. Our products and solutions support clean drinking water, fire protection, stormwater management, and critical utility systems that serve neighborhoods, schools, businesses, and municipalities.

From new construction and infrastructure improvements to emergency repairs, our customers rely on us to provide the right products and solutions when they matter most.

We're seeking a driven, team-focused professional who takes pride in leading warehouse operations, solving problems, and ensuring customers receive the products they need, when they need them. This is more than a warehouse role; it's an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping our team deliver the essential infrastructure we all depend on every day.

What a Warehouse Lead role at ICONIX looks like:

• Lead daily warehouse activities to ensure products are received, stored, picked, loaded, and shipped accurately and efficiently.• Support and guide warehouse team members, helping create a safe, organized, and productive work environment.• Coordinate with sales, purchasing, operations, and delivery teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper receiving, stocking, picking, cycle counts, and organization of warehouse materials.• Help ensure all warehouse activities follow company safety procedures and operational standards.• Act as a hands-on problem solver, addressing order issues, inventory discrepancies, and operational challenges as they arise.• Contribute to a team-oriented environment where accountability, initiative, safety, and continuous improvement drive success.

Here's a Snapshot of How You'll Contribute to Our Team

You'll lead warehouse operations by coordinating daily activities, supporting your team, and ensuring orders are handled accurately, efficiently, and safely. In an often fast-paced environment, you'll manage multiple priorities, communicate confidently, and approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset.

Success in this role comes from being dependable, responsive, and taking ownership of your work. You'll collaborate with the warehouse team to support customers, vendors, and sales partners to create positive experiences and support business growth. During slower periods, you'll look for opportunities to help the team. Whether that means maintaining warehouse cleanliness, following up with customers, or stepping in wherever needed to keep the business moving forward.

Experience in construction, utilities, waterworks, industrial distribution or related fields is a plus, but more important are a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

Whether you already have experience in distribution, construction, customer service, or are looking to take the next step in your professional career, this role offers an opportunity to learn, grow, and make an impact.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, staying organized in a fast-paced environment, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to support the team and our customers.

To be successful in this role, you should have:• A high school diploma or equivalent.• 3+ years of customer service, warehouse/inventory management, and forklift experience is required.• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.• The ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.• Comfort using computers, business software, and learning new technology.• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.• A commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures.• The ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors as needed.
