What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, policy changes, and billing
- Handle inbound calls and correspondence with professionalism and care
- Find solutions proactively — don't just answer questions, anticipate them
- Collaborate with the team to make sure every client gets the right outcome
- Stay current on products, carriers, and coverage options
What We're Looking For
- Prior customer service or insurance experience preferred — but we'll train the right person
- Strong communicator, written and verbal
- Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
- Proactive attitude and genuine desire to help people
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
