Community Health Center of Central Wyoming (CHCCW) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team in Riverton, WY. This position offers an opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care services while making a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of individuals and families throughout our community.

The FNAP/PA is a licensed healthcare provider responsible for delivering outpatient primary care services to patients across their lifespan. Working within the scope of practice established by the State of Wyoming, the FNP/PA independently evaluates, diagnose, treats, and manages a wide variety of acute and chronic health conditions while promoting preventive care and healthy lifestyles.


Work Environment

  • Primarily outpatient clinic setting
  • Occasional travel between clinic sites or community-based care locations may be required

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate of a recognized and accredited training program for Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants
  • Must be able to demonstrate competency in the clinic skills necessary to perform a range of primary care services
  • Licensure by the State of Wyoming and by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is required
