About the role

As a Junior Product Manager, you’ll help drive our product development process from idea to execution. This is a hands-on role where you'll work on multiple physical products, supporting every step from early-stage concepts and testing to launch and ongoing improvement.


You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, coordinate with vendors and customers, and play a critical role in building high-quality, effective products that our customers love. What you'll do

  • Support product development from conception through launch and post-launch improvements
  • Assist in product testing and experimentation to ensure product quality and performance
  • Act as a hands-on support during lab testing; document and organize findings
  • Help maintain organized documentation, including notes, specs, and test results
  • Conduct market research and gather competitive insights to support product decisions
  • Coordinate with vendors to manage sample creation and delivery timelines
  • Communicate with customers to collect feedback and identify areas for product improvement
  • Collaborate across departments (marketing, operations, sourcing, engineering) to move initiatives forward
  • Track progress across multiple products using roadmap and project management tools
  • Identify opportunities to reduce timelines or avoid roadblocks in the development process


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required — relevant experience is highly valued
  • Some exposure to managing or supporting physical product development is a plus
  • Familiarity with product management tools and roadmap tracking systems
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
