Delva Tool & Machine is looking for a Quality Technician to support our growing operations in Cinnaminson, NJ. What You’ll Do

As a Quality Technician, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products meet strict customer and industry standards. Depending on your experience level, responsibilities may include:

  • Performing visual and dimensional inspections on incoming, in-process, and finished parts
  • Reviewing drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure compliance
  • Preparing and maintaining inspection records and technical data packages
  • Supporting first article inspections (AS9102) and customer documentation requirements
  • Identifying and documenting nonconforming material and supporting root cause efforts
  • Collaborating with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues
  • Maintaining compliance with AS9100/ISO quality standards
  • Assisting with audits, process improvements, and quality initiatives

What We’re Looking For

We’re hiring at multiple levels (I, II, III), and the right candidate will bring:

  • Experience in manufacturing, preferably in CNC machining, aerospace, defense, or precision environments
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Familiarity with inspection tools, measurement equipment, and quality documentation
  • Understanding of AS9100/ISO standards (preferred, not required for entry-level)
  • A team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
  • A commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
