The Opportunity

As our Receptionist, you're the first voice and first face our clients experience. You'll manage our front desk and phones, keep client communication moving across our service platforms, support new business onboarding, and help keep the office running smoothly. What You'll Do

  • Answer incoming calls professionally, determine whether they're for Personal or Commercial Lines, and route them correctly
  • Greet visitors in a friendly, professional manner
  • Monitor the service email inbox and our agency management system throughout the day, assigning tasks to the right team member
  • Monitor and respond to client messages through our communication platforms on a regular basis
  • Support new business onboarding — welcome messages, tracking signed applications, and following up on outstanding items
  • Process mortgagee verification requests
  • Handle incoming mail — sorting, scanning, and routing documents to the correct department
  • Maintain office inventory and help coordinate office operations
  • Take on additional administrative and office tasks as needed


How Success Is Measured

  • Call routing accuracy
  • Timeliness and accuracy of service request handling
  • Organization and responsiveness across communication platforms
  • Onboarding tasks completed accurately and on time
  • Reliability and independence — able to manage core responsibilities without needing constant direction


What We're Looking For

  • Prior receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred — but we'll train the right person
  • Strong communicator, written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
  • Self-motivated and dependable — shows up on time, ready to work
  • Comfortable learning and using multiple office and agency systems
  • Proactive attitude and genuine desire to help people


Compensation & Benefits Pay:

  • $17–$22/hour, based on experience
