What you will do:
- Perform scheduled service, maintenance, and repair work based on work orders or service requestsÂ
- Diagnose issues and implement appropriate solutions in the fieldÂ
- Complete service documentation accurately and in a timely mannerÂ
- Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding service status and findingsÂ
- Prepare and organize materials, tools, and equipment needed for service callsÂ
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality and safety standardsÂ
- Maintain service vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working conditionÂ
- Follow all safety policies and procedures and report any unsafe conditionsÂ
- Support scheduling and coordination of service activities as neededÂ
- Perform additional duties as requiredÂ

What you will bring:
- Experience in service, maintenance, construction, or a related field preferredÂ
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsÂ
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectivelyÂ
- Good communication and customer service skillsÂ
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workÂ
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environmentÂ
- Familiarity with tools, equipment, and field service operationsÂ
- Experience with building products such as doors, windows, or similar systemsÂ
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving recordÂ
- Experience working in customer-facing or field-based rolesÂ
- Ability to work in field, construction, warehouse, or outdoor environmentsÂ
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the dayÂ
- Ability to lift and move materials as requiredÂ
- Ability to work extended hours based on business needsÂ
- Ability to travel between job sites and locations if requiredÂ
