Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | Full-Time | Outpatient | Riverview, FL

Great Strides Rehabilitation, a H2 Health company, is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our pediatric outpatient team in Riverview, Florida. If you're passionate about helping children build communication skills, gain confidence, and achieve greater independence, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day.

At Great Strides Rehabilitation, you'll work alongside Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Music Therapists, and Board Certified Behavior Analysts in a multidisciplinary pediatric environment. Our clinicians provide individualized, evidence-based Speech Therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorder, speech and language delays, developmental delays, social communication challenges, articulation and phonological disorders, and feeding or oral-motor difficulties while partnering closely with families to help every child reach their full potential.

Your Role

  • Evaluate and treat pediatric patients in an outpatient speech therapy setting.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans to address speech, language, social communication, articulation, and feeding needs.
  • Implement engaging, play-based interventions that support communication development and functional outcomes.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support progress across home, school, and community environments.
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain timely documentation.
  • Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
  • Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.
  • Manage a typical full-time outpatient caseload averaging approximately 10-12 patient visits per day.
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
  • CCC-SLP preferred or CFY eligible.
  • CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills.
  • Passion for working with children with developmental and communication needs.
  • Commitment to compassionate, family-centered care.
