What You’ll Do

As our Store Manager, you’ll run the show—balancing leadership, operations, and customer care.

  • Lead & Grow Your Team: Recruit, train, and coach employees to deliver outstanding service.
  • Drive Store Success: Analyze sales, manage inventory, and implement strategies to maximize performance.
  • Create a Great Experience: Keep your store clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
  • Support Customers: Resolve issues with professionalism and build lasting loyalty.
  • Maintain Standards: Oversee safety, cash handling, and company policy compliance.
  • Jump In Where Needed: Support nearby locations and tackle challenges with confidence.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of retail leadership (Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Store Manager).
  • Strong communication, team-building, and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and reliability in fast-paced settings.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs occasionally.
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (required).

Candidates who do not have the required experience may be considered for the Store Manager Trainee Program.

The minimum salary for the Store Manger position is $55,000 annually

The minimum salary for the Store Manager Trainee position is $19.00 per hour
