Exhava Home Care is looking for a dependable, experienced Caregivers to provide one-on-one care for our clients. If you're compassionate, reliable, and enjoy helping seniors remain safe and comfortable in their own home, we'd love to hear from you!

• Provide overnight supervision and companionship
• Assist with toileting and incontinence care as needed
• Help with bedtime and morning routines
• Assist with transfers and mobility support
• Monitor for changes in condition and ensure client safety
• Light housekeeping and meal/snack preparation
• Medication reminders
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Document care provided and communicate updates with the care team

• Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience preferred
• Experience with personal care.
• Comfortable assisting with transfers and mobility support
• Experience using a gait belt is preferred
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to the Barona area
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance (preferred)
• HCA Registered (or willing to obtain)
• Current TB test and CPR certification (or willingness to update)
• Dependable, patient, compassionate, and professional
