Watermelon Swim is looking for a friendly, drivenInside Sales Representative to help families enroll in life-saving swim lessons. You’ll work with warm leads only (that’s right — no cold calling!) and help parents say “yes” to safer swimmers.

What You’ll Do

Connect with families by phone and email to guide them through enrollment
Follow up on warm leads and confidently close registrations
Work with a positive, high-energy team that celebrates wins together

What We’re Looking For

Previous sales experience
Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
Comfortable with multi-line phones
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Word)
Organized, motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
18+ years old

What We Offer

$18.50/hour + monthly incentives
Must be available to work 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend day.
