Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a community-inspired, passion-driven, part-time Porter with a can-do attitude to join our dynamic Maintenance team!

 Position: Porter (Part-Time)
 Location: Cristina Woods, Riverview, FL
⏰ Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 1:00pm, up to 29 hours per week. Schedule may vary based on position needs.

⭐ Key Qualifications:
· High school diploma or GED required
· Valid Driver's License required
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
· Experience with cleaning compounds and pressure washing beneficial

✅ Qualifications:
Education:
· High school diploma or GED required

Experience:
· 1 to 3 months of related experience preferred
· Experience with cleaning compounds and pressure washing beneficial
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Skills & Certifications:
· Valid Driver's License required
