We are seeking a driven, early career professional to join our National Accounts team in a hybrid Sales Administration / Business Development role. This is a high-visibility position based in Westlake, TX, working directly with the VP of National Accounts & Business Development and supporting strategic, high-value customer relationships.
This role is designed for someone looking to build a career in B2B sales. You will play a critical role in executing account strategies, improving sales efficiency, and generating new opportunities. Success in this position requires strong organization, initiative, and a willingness to take ownership of both large and small tasks that move the business forward.

What You’ll Do (Impact Areas)
Drive Account Execution
- Support national account strategy execution across key customersÂ
- Track opportunities, follow-ups, and account activity to ensure nothing slipsÂ
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM data and sales documentationÂ
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and customer-facing materialsÂ
Accelerate Pipeline Growth
- Research target accounts and identify new contacts and opportunitiesÂ
- Conduct outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) to support pipeline developmentÂ
- Qualify leads and coordinate handoff to account managersÂ
- Support initiatives to expand existing national accountsÂ
Improve Sales Efficiency
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and pipeline visibility toolsÂ
- Identify inefficiencies and proactively improve processesÂ
- Leverage CRM and other sales tools to increase team productivityÂ
- Act as a force multiplier for the National Accounts teamÂ

Support Strategic Initiatives
- Assist with national account rollouts, bids, and large-scale projectsÂ
- Coordinate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and leadershipÂ
- Take ownership of special projects tied to account growthÂ
- Approach the role with a “no task too small” mindset when it drives resultsÂ

- CRM and pipeline data is clean, accurate, and consistently maintainedÂ
- Sales team operates with greater organization, responsiveness, and clarityÂ
- Increased visibility into pipeline and account performanceÂ

- Growing ownership of account-level responsibilities and customer interactionÂ

Who You Are
- 0–3 years of experience; strong interest in building a career in salesÂ
- Based in or willing to relocate to Westlake, TXÂ
- Highly organized with strong attention to detailÂ
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn systems (CRM, Excel, sales tools)Â
- Strong written and verbal communication skillsÂ
- Self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving mindsetÂ
- Willing to take on a wide range of responsibilities in a fast-paced environmentÂ
- Coachable, competitive, and motivated to grow into a full sales roleÂ
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Internship or experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing rolesÂ
- Exposure to CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)Â
- Interest in industrial equipment, trucks, or B2B capital equipment salesÂ
