Responsibilities

BSW Roanoke has an opening for a Center Manager/Physical Therapist to join the team.  This 3 PT/1.5 PSS clinic provides exceptional care to patients and is thriving clinic! Our patient population consists of general orthopedics, pre/post-ops, trauma, sports, work strategies, and POETs. We are looking for passionate, self-motivated, flexible, team oriented candidates to add to our growing team. The successful candidate will be internally motivated to establish relationships in the clinic and community, as well as a flexible team player with great communication skills. The Center Manager will manage daily operations, carry an active patient caseload and work early and/or late shifts as required.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state licensure as a Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapist required. (For Center Manager/Speech: Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association required)
• Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
• A minimum of three years experience in a rehab setting required with supervisory experience preferred.
