We’re looking for an experienced Client Service Representative to join our team! If you’re a "service extraordinaire" who is personable, professional, and loves making a difference for pets and their people, we’d love to meet you.

The Vibe

As the face of our hospital, you set the tone for every visit. You’re the "pivot" of our daily operations—the person who keeps things moving smoothly while making sure every pet owner feels heard, supported, and confident in the care we provide.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • The Warm Welcome: Greeting visitors, answering phones, and getting pets and their owners settled into exam rooms.

  • The Logistics: Managing the schedule, confirming appointments, and making follow-up calls to see how our patients are doing.

  • The Expert Advice: Helping clients with the basics—like heartworm prevention, flea/tick control, and housebreaking—and walking them through our products and services.

  • The Business Side: Explaining fees clearly, processing payments, and keeping medical records and charts organized.

  • The Space: Helping keep the hospital (inside and out) clean, welcoming, and "accident-free" for everyone.

What We’re Looking For

  • A People Person: You’re great at building trust and staying calm, even when things get busy.

  • A Pro: You take pride in being highly professional and providing top-tier service.

  • A Team Player: You’re happy to jump in wherever you’re needed to keep the clinic running like clockwork.

The Perks

  • Competitive pay.

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage.

  • Paid vacation (for our full-time crew).

  • 401(k) and awesome discounts on care for your own pets!
