Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Sales Representative with a demonstrated ability to effectively sell material handling products and customer service systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical selling skills, a comprehensive understanding of pricing and proposal models, and a skill for identifying client needs and offering tailored solutions. The Customer Service Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, meeting or exceeding sales quotas, and contributing to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Sales & Product Knowledge:
- Master the full range of material handling products and service systems to deliver effective presentations that meet customer needs.
- Assist in service quotes
- Inquire with companies for service
- Sign up PM agreements
- Annual Business Planning:
- Work with management to create an annual business plan focused on exceeding sales targets.
- Pricing & Proposal Models:
- Understand pricing and proposal models to deliver accurate, competitive bids.
- Client Engagement:
- Engage business owners and decision-makers in meaningful conversations to identify business challenges and offer relevant solutions.
- Consultative Sales:
- Maximize sales opportunities by making consultative recommendations to potential and existing clients.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Develop a qualified pipeline through referrals, cold calls, networking, direct mail, and email campaigns.
- Client Relationships:
- Source and cultivate strong client relationships and referrals, focusing on long-term partnerships.
- CRM & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using CRM tools (including Microsoft Outlook), focusing on maximizing potential within the territory.
- Relationships and Roles:
- Maintain ongoing contact with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, fostering innovation, problem-solving, and trust.
- Work closely with marketing and support teams to drive execution and enhance customer service.
Job Specifications:
- Experience:
- Field sales experience preferred, with a strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
- Skills:
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and internal teams.
- Working Conditions:
- Onsite work required when not working remotely in the field.
- This is a partial office-based position that involves computer use, phone communication, and a fast-paced work environment.Â
- Travel is required to meet with customers and resolve any issues.
- $500 monthly Car Allowance
- Must have dependable transportation
