Summary: This position is responsible for servicing and repairing industrial mobile equipment Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned β’ Work with fork-trucks (electric, gas, LLP, diesel) man lifts, cranes, stationary generators and more β’ CMMS data input (Computerized maintenance management system) β’ Performs diagnostic, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance on equipment β’ Maintaining up time requirements β’ Part ordering β’ Shop safety β’ Shop cleanliness, organization β’ Company quality standards β’ Reporting β’ Must provide own tools

Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is frequently exposed to high, precarious places and fumes or airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions; extreme cold and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms.; climb or balance; stop, kneel, crouch or crawl and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.Β

β’ Education and/or Experience: Educational background from technical school or general college; extensive verifiable forklift maintenance experience required. Must have a current and valid driverβs license.

Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
