What you'll do
- Answer and route high-volume telephone calls, process mail, and handle essential clerical tasks like filing, data entry, and faxing.
- Maintain accurate customer accounts and record data using our CRM system with conciseness and precision.
- Schedule material deliveries via work orders and communicate dates or changes clearly to customers.
- Communicate daily with Project Coordinators and subcontractors to obtain job updates and ensure the field and office are aligned.
- Create and maintain work schedules and complete work orders for subcontractor crews.
- Enter manufacturer warranties into computer systems and ensure information is communicated to the appropriate parties.
- Provide excellent service by exhibiting a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be punctual, friendly, and professional with an unwavering commitment to dependability.
- Comfortable handling high-volume calls with proper telephone etiquette.
- Strong computer skills are required, including a typing speed of at least 35 WPM and proficiency in Google suite.
- A background check free of felony convictions.
- Proven ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced office environment.
