Position Overview
As a Remote Client Representative, you'll work directly with clients through virtual appointments, providing education, support, and guidance regarding available benefits and coverage options while building lasting client relationships.
No prior insurance experience is required. Comprehensive training and mentorship are provided.
Key Responsibilities
Client Service
Meet with clients through Zoom and phone consultations
Educate clients on available benefits and coverage options
Assist with enrollment, policy updates, and ongoing service requests
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and integrity
Maintain accurate client documentation and follow-up communication
Professional Development
Participate in ongoing virtual training and coaching
Develop communication, leadership, and client service skills
Collaborate with a supportive remote team

Minimum Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

This position is not available to residents of Massachusetts
