Delivery Specialist
Reports To: Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager

We’re looking for a Delivery Specialist who takes pride in delivering outstanding customer experiences while helping keep our operations running smoothly.
In this role, you’ll do more than deliver merchandise — you’ll build customer relationships, install products safely, solve problems on the spot, and represent our company with professionalism and care. What You’ll Do
Deliver & Install Merchandise
- Â Deliver, install, relocate, and retrieve merchandise safely and professionallyÂ
- Â Ensure all deliveries, service calls, and pickups are completed on scheduleÂ
- Â Handle merchandise with care during loading, transportation, and setupÂ
- Â Verify products, model numbers, and serial numbers before deliveryÂ
- Â Perform minor repairs and transport items needing major service repairsÂ
- Â Inspect and refurbish returned merchandise to showroom-ready conditionÂ
Provide Excellent Customer Service
- Â Create positive experiences for customers during every interactionÂ
- Â Answer calls professionally and assist customers with questions or concernsÂ
- Â Follow company service standards and customer satisfaction guidelinesÂ
- Â Resolve issues quickly and professionally while maintaining strong communicationÂ
Support Store Operations
- Â Safeguard company property and money collected in the fieldÂ
- Â Help receive and organize incoming merchandiseÂ
- Â Keep delivery vehicles and back-room areas clean and organizedÂ
- Â Assist with store maintenance, cleaning, and operational goalsÂ
- Â Support customer growth and revenue-building effortsÂ
- Â Help with customer order forms and account verifications when neededÂ
What We’re Looking For
- Â High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experienceÂ
-  Valid driver’s license with a good driving recordÂ
- Â DOT certification (if required by state law)Â
- Â Previous customer service experience preferredÂ
- Â Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.Â
- Â Strong communication and problem-solving skillsÂ
- Â Dependable, organized, and detail-orientedÂ
- Â Ability to work independently and as part of a teamÂ
- Â Positive attitude and strong work ethicÂ

Work Environment
This is an active, hands-on position that takes place in the store, on the road, and inside customer homes. Team members should be comfortable with:
- Â Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carryingÂ
- Â Using hand trucks and moving heavy merchandise safelyÂ
- Â Working in changing indoor and outdoor environmentsÂ
- Â Driving in all weather conditionsÂ
- Â Navigating stairs, tight spaces, uneven surfaces, and varying home environmentsÂ
- Â Managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced settingÂ
- Â Occasional overtime or travel between store locations as neededÂ
