In this role, you'll oversee the assignment, tracking, maintenance coordination, reallocation, and sale of company-owned tractors and trailers. You'll play a key role in maximizing fleet utilization, supporting operational efficiency, and ensuring equipment assets deliver value throughout their lifecycle.    Location: Golden Valley, MN Hiring Range: $72,000 - $80,000+, commensurate with experience  Schedule: 1st shift   Who You Are… You are a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who enjoys solving problems and collaborating across teams. Experience in transportation, fleet operations, or equipment management helps you succeed, and you're motivated by finding efficient solutions that support business performance.    Why Work for Us? •    Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, FSA, and more •    Free online healthcare and mental healthcare upon hire •    401(k) with company match •    Six paid holidays plus three floating holidays •    Accrued Paid Time Off beginning on your date of hire •    Company-paid Life Insurance with optional buy-up coverage •    Promotion-from-within culture and long-term career growth opportunities  •    Quarterly non-discretionary bonus program    What You'll Do •    Manage tractor and trailer assignments, tracking, and reporting to ensure accurate asset visibility.  •    Coordinate equipment allocation with Operations, Safety, Maintenance, and other stakeholders.   •    Monitor equipment utilization, mileage, and performance data to support redeployment and resale decisions. •    Oversee equipment reallocation, disposal, and sales activities, including vendor and buyer coordination.  •    Troubleshoot equipment-related issues, including tracking devices and onboard technology.  •    Analyze equipment KPIs and collaborate with leadership to improve fleet efficiency and asset performance.   Knowledge and Skills to be Successful •    Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. •    Analytical mindset with effective problem-solving abilities. •    Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.   •    High attention to detail and strong follow-through. •    Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of equipment operations.  •    Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office applications.    QualificationsRequired Education and Experience •    High school diploma or equivalent. •    2+ years of customer service experience.  •    1+ year of transportation industry experience.   Preferred Education and Experience •    Associate's degree •    3+ years of customer service experience.  •    2+ years of transportation industry experience.  •    Knowledge of diesel truck maintenance and industry best practices.    About the Role The salary grade for this position ranges from $69,900.00 - $99,200.00.
