In this role, you'll oversee the assignment, tracking, maintenance coordination, reallocation, and sale of company-owned tractors and trailers. You'll play a key role in maximizing fleet utilization, supporting operational efficiency, and ensuring equipment assets deliver value throughout their lifecycle. Knowledge and Skills to be Successful • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. • Analytical mindset with effective problem-solving abilities. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • High attention to detail and strong follow-through. • Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of equipment operations. • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office applications. QualificationsRequired Education and Experience • High school diploma or equivalent. • 2+ years of customer service experience. • 1+ year of transportation industry experience. Preferred Education and Experience • Associate's degree • 3+ years of customer service experience. • 2+ years of transportation industry experience. • Knowledge of diesel truck maintenance and industry best practices. About the Role The salary grade for this position ranges from $69,900.00 - $99,200.00. Starting pay within this range will be based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
