In this role, The Dedicated Fleet Manager coordinates all freight planning, driver assignments, and equipment utilization for a division of Dedicated Trucking. You ensure regulatory compliance, maximize driver and equipment productivity, and deliver high-quality service to internal and external customers. This position requires strong communication, time management, and customer service skills to maintain daily operations and driver engagement.   Location: Golden Valley, MN Hiring Range: $62,000 - $76,000+, commensurate with experience  Schedule: 1st shift   Who You Are… You are a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who enjoys solving problems and collaborating across teams. QualificationsRequired Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of customer service experience.  1+ year of transportation industry experience.   Preferred Education and Experience   Associate degree or higher in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field. Experience with TMW, Omnitracs, and Qualcomm systems. 3+ years of experience as a fleet manager or dispatcher. Extensive knowledge of DOT compliance regulations, hours of service, controlled substance policies, and vehicle compliance standards.   About the Role The salary grade for this position ranges from $62,000.00 - $76,000.00.
