The HR role at AID is critical in shaping our organizational culture, supporting our employees, and ensuring compliance with all employment laws and company policies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with AID’s business goals.
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and retention of top talent.
- Manage employee relations, providing guidance and resolving conflicts effectively.
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including evaluations, goal setting, and career development planning.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Develop and manage compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.
- Organize training and professional development programs to enhance workforce skills.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate HR reports for management.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Â Professional HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Â 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in engineering, design, or infrastructure-related industries.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
