Requirements
- 2 or more years experience in gutter installations required
- Ability to work at heights in various weather conditions
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Can lead a crew and provide guidance/coaching to less experienced crew members
- Positive attitude and a team player
- Attention to detail and ability to problem solve
- OSHA certification and/or ladder safety training preferred
- Interest in growing with the company and taking on a leadership roleÂ
- Must be 18 or older with a valid driver's license
Compensation
- $30 - $40 per hour, depending on experience
