We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead strategic software development programs, drive operational excellence, and deliver enterprise-scale initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale software development programs through the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Drive program planning, execution, tracking, governance, and successful delivery of strategic software initiatives.
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps, schedules, communication plans, and governance processes.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, resource planning, and delivery milestones.
- Build scalable operational processes that improve execution and cross-functional collaboration.
- Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Platform, UX Design, and Research teams to ensure successful program delivery.
- Influence stakeholders and cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.
- Facilitate decision-making, remove delivery roadblocks, and provide executive-level status reporting.
- Thrive in ambiguous environments while maintaining strong execution and delivery focus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience.
- Minimum 6 years leading large-scale Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) programs.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise software development programs from initiation through production.
