Project Supervisor:
Project Supervisor oversees construction crews in the shop and on job sites. Project Supervisor's responsibilities include monitoring performance, making recommendations for improvement, and educating all staff on safety. Manage projects to stay within budget and ensure required materials and equipment are available.
Demonstrate a sound understanding of safety regulations, underground excavation practices, and be able to transfer this knowledge to your team. Identify problems and find feasible solutions to them.

Responsibilities:
路 聽Ensuring teams work together to deliver quality work safely while meeting strict deadlines
路 聽Monitoring construction processes and providing training/team building sessions are required
路 聽Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations at all times
路 聽Performing routine JSA and Safety Audits at job site on all equipment and materials
路 聽Scheduling regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers, subcontractors, and staff
路 聽Writing reports, budgets, project plans, and presenting them to relevant stakeholders
路 聽Collaborating closely with architects and other professionals
路 聽Staying up to date with safety codes and advancements in construction
路 聽Processing paperwork and traveling to multiple sites as required

Requirements
聽聽Requirements:
路 聽High School diploma or equivalent
路 聽Proficient with reading and translating design prints, as-built maps, locate tickets, and permits
路 聽Experience in underground utility construction, leadership experience, valid driver's license, and excellent communication/writing skills
