We're Hiring: Customer Service Representative (Full-Time) | Robertsdale, AL

Capitol City Produce is growing, and we’re on the lookout for an EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service Representative to join our team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are detail-oriented, and deliver top-tier professionalism under pressure, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:
As a valued member of our family-owned business, you’ll play a key role in providing outstanding service to our customers. This position is responsible for:

Accurately taking and entering customer orders via phone.

Monitoring customer order patterns and identifying trends or concerns.

Proactively contacting appropriate personnel to resolve issues.

Managing multiple high-volume phone lines with professionalism and efficiency.

Supporting customers with questions or updates regarding products or services.

What You Bring to the Table:
✔ High school diploma or equivalent
✔ 3–6 years of customer service experience (required)
✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
✔ Friendly, helpful, and professional demeanor
✔ Proficient in 10-key data entry
✔ Experience with Google Suite and Excel
✔ Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays

Schedule Requirements:

Must be available to work one Saturday morning or holiday following training

Occasional mid/night shifts may be required
