Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Accounting department to maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and has a strong understanding of best practices in accounting.
Responsibilities
- Enter daily financial data and transactions
- Verify the accuracy of transactions that have been entered
- Process and monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Productivity and performance tracking
- Data analysis and variance identification
Qualifications
- Associates Degree in accounting, business administration or finance
- QuickBooks certified pro advisor, certified bookeeper or certified public bookkeeper
- 2 plus years experience as an accountant, bookkeeper, or similar position
- Demonstrated experience in dispute and bank resolution
- Advanced expertise in QuickBooks online and standard remote deposit capture banking software
- Strong Excel skills for manipulating data and building internal productivity reports
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
- Discretion and trustworthiness
