 Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Automotive Technician to join our family-owned repair facility. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of domestic and imported vehicles while delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. As part of our close-knit team, you'll work in a supportive environment where integrity, teamwork, and pride in quality repairs are valued.

The ideal candidate has strong diagnostic and mechanical skills, experience with routine maintenance and complex repairs, and the ability to clearly communicate vehicle concerns and repair recommendations. We value technicians who are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to providing honest, reliable service that builds lasting customer relationships.

 

Responsibilities 
  • Use your expertise and diagnostic tools to evaluate vehicle malfunction codes
  • Assist with establishing service center procedures for tracking repair status, maintaining technical documentation, and other necessary protocols
  • Carry out routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements
  • Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections of all systems, including engine, transmission, and brakes
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business 
  • Convey necessary vehicle repair information to customers in a clear and concise manner
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • Valid Drivers License 
  • Automotive Service Excellence/ASE certification or Society of Automotive Engineers/SAE certification is preferred
  • Strong customer service and communications skills are required
