Caladwich Consulting is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Supply Systems Analyst to support Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Distribution operations at a DLA Distribution Center. The Supply Systems Analyst serves as the technical liaison between warehouse operations and automated logistics systems, ensuring supply data integrity, system performance, and process efficiency while supporting mission-critical distribution operations.
This position provides the opportunity to improve warehouse performance through data analysis, systems optimization, and operational support that directly enhances inventory accuracy, logistics readiness, and customer service for the Department of Defense.

Core responsibilities
· Analyze warehouse and supply system transactions to identify operational issues, process improvements, and system discrepancies.Â
· Serve as the primary point of contact for Warehouse Management System (WMS) support, system communications, and user assistance.Â
· Develop, maintain, and execute system queries, reports, and data analysis to support operational decision-making and performance metrics.Â
· Coordinate with Government personnel and warehouse leadership to resolve system, inventory, and supply management issues.Â
· Evaluate supply processes, recommend system enhancements, and support implementation of new procedures and regulatory changes.Â
· Ensure data integrity, accurate system records, and compliance with DLA policies, warehouse procedures, and audit requirements.Â
· Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing operational trends and
recommending corrective actions.
Operational Support
· Monitor Warehouse Management System (WMS) performance and troubleshoot operational issues affecting warehouse activities.Â
· Generate operational reports and performance metrics supporting inventory, receiving, storage, transportation, and shipping functions.Â
· Research transaction discrepancies, reconcile data errors, and assist with inventory accuracy initiatives.Â
· Support warehouse personnel by providing technical guidance on system functionality and standard operating procedures.Â
· Maintain documentation supporting audits, quality assurance reviews, and internal control requirements.Â
· Collaborate with Government stakeholders and operational teams to improve system utilization and warehouse efficiency.Â
· Assist with user access management, report development, and implementation of system updates as required.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent required;Â
         o Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred.Â
· Minimum three (3) years of experience using DLA Warehouse Management System (WMS) or an equivalent automated Warehouse Management System within the past five (5) years.Â
· Experience analyzing supply transactions, inventory data, warehouse operations, and logistics systems.Â
· Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, supply chain processes, and Government logistics systems.Â
· Experience developing reports, writing database queries, and interpreting operational data.Â
· Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Â
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple functional areas.Â
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience supporting DLA Distribution or Department of Defense logistics operations.Â
· Experience with SAP-WMS, SQL reporting, business intelligence tools, or automated logistics applications.Â
· Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent process improvement certification.
Other Requirements:
· Must be a US Citizen
· Must be able to pass background investigations including a FBI fingerprint check and a National Agency Check with Inquires (NACI) adjudication.
