JOIN OUR TEAM AS A PHYSICAL THERAPY AIDE!

Tri-State Physical Therapy (TSPT), a division of Tri-State Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine, is looking for a dependable, compassionate and motivated Physical Therapy Aide to join our well-established and growing physical therapy Practice based out of our Robinson Township office on a full-time basis. 

Founded in 2005, TSPT provides a full range of musculoskeletal rehabilitation, including physical, occupational and hand therapy services. Our therapy providers work closely with the physicians and rely on a strong clinical support team to assist with patient education, exercises, modalities, treatment, documentation and other related gym tasks.

Main Responsibilities for Our Physical Therapy Aides Include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting the therapists in the treatment of patients
  • Training and educating patients and/or family members in appropriate exercises and in activities of daily living
  • Preparing treatment areas, equipment and supplies for therapy sessions
  • Managing inventory
  • Maintaining a clean and efficient office environment

Our Physical Therapy Aides must possess strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills and be comfortable interacting with patients on a daily basis in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must have the ability to lift, move and assist with equipment and patients as required. They must be organized with attention to detail using basic computer proficiency. Candidates must also be willing to travel to other offices if necessary and cross train for front desk operations. We will provide on-the-job training for the right candidate; Outpatient rehab experience and/or an Exercise Science or related field is ideal. EMR experience a plus.
