Summary of Responsibilities:Â
 Â

Responsible for routine cleaningÂ
-
Participate in training to maintain janitorial and chemical knowledgeÂ
-
Perform the cleaning of areas such as floors, walls, sinks, stools, windows, tables and chairs, and air ventsÂ
-
Operation of floor scrubber as neededÂ
-
Perform other duties as assigned such as taking out the trash, mopping, sweeping, dusting, and filling all dispensers on the plant floorÂ
-
Operation of hi lifts, cleaning equipment, chemical dispensing systems, lock out tag out (LOTO), and disassembling and assembling equipment will be requiredÂ
-
Handle a variety of cleaning chemicalsÂ
-
Understanding of cleaning practicesÂ
-
Must be able to work in a wet environment around operating equipment and be exposed to cleaning chemicalsÂ
-
Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)Â
-
Basic knowledge of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), Food Safety, and Quality plansÂ
-
Establish and sustain effective relationships with all employees in order to foster an environment where innovation and cooperation are used to solve problemsÂ

Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust prioritiesÂ

 Required Minimum Qualifications:Â

Must be at least 18 years of age at time of hireÂ

Must possess a High School diploma/GED at time of hireÂ

Must be authorized to work in the United StatesÂ

Must be flexible to work any shift - 1st / 2nd / 3rd & 12hrÂ

Must be available to work weekends, holidays and overtimeÂ

Must be able to lift up to 35-50 lbs.Â

Light to moderate physical activity required to include but no limited to: stand, reach, stoop, crawl, bend, and climb laddersÂ
