About the role:

The Production Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations and projects for production

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7 pm to 7 am (Night Shift). Needs Flexibility. Example: 6 months nights, and then 2 weeks on day shift.

Key responsibilities include:

Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, GMP, and HACCP requirements.
Supervise Changeover Coordinators, Shift Coordinators, and Operators.
Audit shift performance across molding, retail, CCC, and receiving areas, including startups and changeovers.
Investigate safety concerns and conduct regular site inspections.
Monitor and improve line performance based on daily speed standards.
Review finished products for quality, packaging, and code compliance.
Drive waste reduction, rework, and yield improvement initiatives.
Investigate customer complaints, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure proper operation and maintenance of departmental equipment.
Maintain KPI tracking and visual management boards.
Identify training needs and ensure employee training and cross-training, including agency staff.
Evaluate employee performance, manage timecards, handle injury reports, and support hiring processes.

High school diploma or GED required.
3 to 5 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
3 to 5 years of people leadership experience. (Important).
Ability to perform physical activities including standing, sitting, walking, climbing stairs, bending, kneeling, squatting, and stooping for extended periods.
Ability to push/pull up to 50 lbs using assisted equipment.
Must be able to work in varying weather conditions, temperatures, and high-noise environments.
Computer skills, SAP preferred.
