  • While prior dental assisting experience is a plus, it is not required; however, knowledge of Medicaid, A/R, and insurance processes is essential.

  • The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, and candidates who are bilingual in Spanish will have an added advantage.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of limited Office Manager experience
  • Prior dental assisting experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong knowledge in Medicaid, A/R, dental terminology, insurance processes, breakdown, and understanding, leadership, and treatment planning
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in dental practice management software- Dentrix knowledge is a must
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to provide compassionate care while maintaining professionalism
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plusĀ
