In this role, you’ll:

✔️ Perform daily janitorial cleaning to maintain a safe and welcoming environment
✔️ Use power washing equipment to clean and maintain outdoor areas and building exteriors
✔️ Work with a supportive team while interacting professionally with clients and staff at all levels
✔️ Take pride in delivering high-quality results that make a visible difference

Key Responsibilities

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust interior areas
Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and high-touch surfaces
Empty trash and recycling and restock supplies
Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly
Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures
Communicate clearly with supervisors and coworkers

Requirements

Previous janitorial, housekeeping preferred, but not required
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks with attention to detail
Strong communication skills and a professional, team-oriented attitude
Physical ability to perform cleaning and power washing tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to quality work
