Pay is $28.01 per hour
Plus $0.80 per hour shift differential for Night Shift
Shift Hours are 6PM – 6AM, 4 days on and 4 days off

What You'll Do
- Assist in performing routine maintenance on assigned machines under supervision
- Support machine changeovers and learn proper procedures
- Follow guidance on shutdown and startup procedures for auxiliary equipment
- Participate in equipment overhaul tasks as assigned
- Promptly report unusual events or emergencies to the supervisor
- Adhere to all safety procedures, including PPE, LOTO, working at heights, confined spaces, and hazardous materials handling
- Ensure all related documentation is completed accurately with appropriate guidance
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Additional related duties as required; others as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Passing score on Battery X - Mechanic test
- Willingness to learn and assist with the setup, startup, and operation of manufacturing equipment
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks in a professional and responsible manner
- Basic understanding or interest in mechanical tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow safety protocols
- Ability to operate or learn to operate a forklift or other lifting equipment
Experience/Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Mechanical aptitude or interest in hands-on technical work is a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to kneel, stoop, crawl, squat, and stand for extended periods while learning maintenance procedures
- Ability to distinguish minor variations in materials and components
- Adequate hand-eye coordination to assist in machine adjustments under supervision
- Basic physical strength to handle tools and equipment as required
