As a member of the Les Bourgeois Vineyards/Blufftop at Rocheport service staff you willplay a critical role in delivering impeccable service and creating memorable experiencesfor our guests. Our establishment features a wine Tasting Room & Gift Shop, A-Frameoutdoor wine garden, Bistro event venue, vineyards, winery and distillery all situated onbeautiful blufftops overlooking Missouri River in Rocheport.

Requirements

As an A-Frame Winegarden server and kitchen staff member at Les Bourgeois Vineyards/The Blufftop at Rocheport, you will be an integral part of our team by delivering exceptional service in a beautiful vineyard setting.

Responsibilities:

Greet and serve customers with a welcoming and positive attitude

Take orders and process payments

Prepare menu items according to established recipes and standards

Ensure all food safety protocols are followed to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment

Assist in the setup and breakdown of service areas and kitchen stations before and after service

Restock items throughout your shift

Taking initiative to move around and assist where needed in and around the building, including the kitchen, service counter and A-Frame grounds

Qualifications:

Must be 21 yrs+
Reliable transportation to and from each shift

Excellent customer service skills

Positive workplace attitude

Previous bar, server and/or kitchen experience preferred

Ability to work effi ciently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.

Works well with others and can execute teamwork

Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
