Job DetailsLevel: ExperiencedJob Location: UPS2 - Rochester Hills, MI 48309Position Type: Full TimeJob Shift: AfternoonJob Category: QA - Quality Control3-Dimensional Services Group is seeking an experienced CMM operator/programmer with PC-DMIS experience for 2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm).  Overtime should be expected.   Job Purpose:  To hold a fixture or part to specifications or supplied drawings.     Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Ability to program and operate CMM with PC-DMIS software. Confident in the ability to accurately identify product deviations and relay information necessary to correct. Accurately generate both first article and final documentation necessary for product submission. Able to perform in-process inspections on various types of manufactured product using hand tools. Make adjustments necessary to improve product condition of most manufacturing processes. Intermediate to advanced blueprint interpretation. Full knowledge of drawing GD&T. Basic skills in the set-up and operation of common CMM Machines. Proficient in the use of precision hand tools. (micrometer, caliper, height gage) Able to read and interpret engineered drawings. Basic to medium skills in mathematics. Attention to safety protocols. Log job time, daily. Follow required PPE, and all Company and Safety policies. Other duties as assigned. QualificationsEducation/Special Knowledge: High school diploma or GED. PC-DMIS software experience required.   Experience: 2 – years work experience preferred Excellent organizational & time management skills Self-Motivated and able to perform duties with minimal supervision Works well in a team environment. Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
