Candidates should have strong mechanical and carpentry knowledge, along with experience in various maintenance tasks.
Job duties include snow plowing, painting, light construction, and general cleaning and maintenance.
This is a full-time position with a pay range of $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, requiring a Monday to Friday schedule.
Preferred candidates should have at least one year of experience in painting, mechanical knowledge, and maintenance, and must be able to relocate to Canandaigua, NY 14424 before starting work.

We are looking for a strong team of individuals, with the unique skillset to handle the positions of maintenance technician. Our maintenance technician is someone who is a jack of all trades and has a willingness to learn. Maintenance Tech's must have strong mechanical and carpentry knowledge. Job duties will include snow plowing, painting, light construction, cleaning, and all other basic maintenance needs for the group.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday

Experience:

Painting: 1 year (Preferred)
Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)
Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

Canandaigua, NY 14424: Relocate before starting work (Required)
