The Production Technician Role
We’re looking for a Production Technician who takes pride in consistent, accurate repair work and understands the importance of following shop processes. This role is responsible for completing repair and maintenance services efficiently, documenting work properly, and supporting daily shop output. The Production Technician plays a key role in keeping vehicles moving through the shop correctly and on time.

Requirements and Responsibilities
• Perform testing, repair and maintenance work accurately across a wide range of vehicle systems
• Complete digital vehicle inspections and document findings clearly and consistently
• Follow shop SOPs, safety guidelines, and repair procedures on every job
• Communicate job status and repair needs with advisors and shop leadership
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and support overall shop flow
