JOB OVERVIEW:
Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel is now accepting applications for FREE Table Games Dealer Training Program. This program is designed for individuals interested in pursuing a career in gaming industry. No prior experience is required.
Participants who successfully complete the training program may be considered for available Table Games Dealer positions.
TRAINING SCHEDULE:
Program Dates: May 11 – June 04, 2026 (4 Weeks)
Days: Monday through Thursday
Time Slots (Select One):
- 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 3:00 AM – 7:00 PM
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (During Training):
- Learn and apply table game rules, procedures, and gaming techniques
- Demonstrate proper chip handling and game protection
- Provide excellent guest service in a simulated and live training environment
- Adhere to all gaming regulations, internal controls, and Tribal Gaming Agency and Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel policies.
QUALIFICATIONS:Â
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must successfully pass a background check
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work in fast-paced environments
- Must maintain consistent attendance throughout the program
- This is a FREE training program
- Completion of training does not guarantee employment, but participant may be considered for open positions based on business needs
