What You'll Expect
As a Compliance Analyst, you’ll support the Compliance Manager in administering and monitoring the Company’s overall compliance program. This role plays a key part in ensuring adherence to internal controls, regulatory requirements, and company policies across all gaming and non-gaming departments. You’ll conduct audits, review documentation, monitor operational practices, and assist with regulatory reporting and compliance initiatives. This position supports all compliance-related functions, including but not limited to internal controls, promotions, responsible gaming, licensing, privacy, and Title 31/AML compliance.
What You'll Do
- Conduct routine and ad hoc compliance audits of gaming and non-gaming departments
- Review reports, transactions, promotional documentation, and operational records for regulatory and internal control compliance
- Test adherence to internal controls, policies, and procedures
- Identify control weaknesses, compliance gaps, and operational risks and assist with corrective action tracking
- Assist with drafting, maintaining, and updating internal controls and compliance procedures
- Support regulatory submissions, audit responses, and documentation requests
- Assist with Title 31/AML monitoring, including review of CTRs, SAR documentation, logs, and supporting records
- Review promotions, tournaments, drawings, and player incentives for compliance with approved rules and regulatory requirements
- Support responsible gaming program documentation and compliance tracking
- Assist with employee licensing tracking and compliance record maintenance
- Prepare audit summaries, compliance reports, and tracking logs
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive regulatory, patron, and operational information
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, internal controls, and company policies
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in compliance, audit, risk management, accounting, gaming operations, or a regulated industry
- Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to interpret regulations and apply them operationally
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity
What We Require
- Gaming license required
- Ability to work in both office and casino floor environments
- Role involves high mental effort, attention to detail, and analytical decision-making, and independent judgment
- Ability to walk the gaming floor, perform observational audits, and travel between properties as needed
