Heartfelt Impressions Learning Centers in Rochester, MI is looking for a caring, energetic Assistant Toddler Teacher to help inspire a lifelong love of learning. As an Assistant Toddler Teacher, you will work in collaboration with and in support of the Lead Toddler Teacher to create a safe, nurturing and interactive environment that fosters age-appropriate learning utilizing the High Scope curriculum.

Position Detail

· Status: Regular, full-time

· Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:15am-4:15pm or 8:30am-5:30pm

· Pay range $15-$19/hour (based on certification or degree plus years of experience in early childhood education)

· Location: Onsite, Rochester, Michigan

· Please note: This position does NOT qualify for US VISA sponsorship or relocation

Must be at least 18 years of age
Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or be working toward a degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred
Prior experience with Toddlers in a classroom setting or as a private nanny
Must have reliable transportation and be dependable
Able to pass Background screening including fingerprinting

Our Rochester campus has six classrooms and the capacity to care for 79 children. Our rooms are open with a lot of natural light, and we have age-appropriate outdoor play areas. Our campus has earned a Certificate of Recognition from Great Start Quality, (the equivalent of a five-star rating)
