Quality Care seeks a full-time Care Coordinator Intern. and direct support person, working 70% as a DSP and 30% as a Care Coordinator assistant to join our team.

Office Assistant: We seek an individual with experience with MN 245D paperwork, including CSP, SMA, IAPP paperwork, office, and clerical duties.

  • Prepare and file all necessary paperwork for In-Home client intake responsibilities.
  • Answering telephone calls and emails from customers and clients and directing them to relevant staff
  • Monitoring office supplies and keeping track of needed items
  • Use of Therap program desired.
  • Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, researching, and creating reports.
  • Reporting office progress to the Care Coordinator Lead and working with them to improve office operations and procedures

Direct service provider: As a caregiver, you will provide In-home services (IHS) to individuals living in their residences with varying mental and physical health needs. This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals with flexible weekday schedules wanting to connect with people.
