Position Summary

We are currently expanding our remote team and inviting applications for a Client Relations Specialist role. In this position, you'll assist with supporting clients throughout their travel-planning journey by helping organize reservation details, responding to questions, and ensuring trip information stays clear and up to date.

Responsibilities in This Role

Communicate with clients to understand their travel interests and scheduling preferences
Support the setup of vacation arrangements such as resorts, cruises, transportation, and activities
Share helpful information that aligns with client expectations and timelines
Assist with updates related to reservation adjustments when needed
Prepare confirmation notes and maintain organized digital planning files
Respond to service-related questions through email, phone, and messaging tools
Participate in virtual learning sessions and periodic team check-ins
