What You'll Do

As a Surgical Dental Assistant, you'll play a critical role in supporting both patients and clinicians throughout the treatment journey.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare surgical treatment rooms and maintain a sterile environment
• Assist chairside during dental implant and oral surgery procedures
• Prepare instruments, equipment, and materials for treatment
• Capture diagnostic images and records as needed
• Monitor inventory and maintain clinical supplies
• Support patient education and post-operative care instructions
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, infection control, and safety standards
• Provide exceptional patient care before, during, and after treatment

What We're Looking For

Required

• Dental Assistant experience in a dental or specialty practice
• Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Commitment to teamwork and delivering an outstanding patient experience

Preferred

• Surgical, oral surgery, periodontal, prosthodontic, or implant experience
• DAANCE certification
• Sedation or surgical assisting experience
• Radiology certification (if applicable)

Candidates with strong dental assisting experience who are eager to learn surgical procedures are encouraged to apply.
