Dental Assistant – Implant & Prosthodontic Specialty (Experienced)

Location: Rochester, NY | Full-Time | Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Friday, 8:00 AM–2:00 PM | No Weekends

Pay: $28–$32/hour based on experience and certification

$1500 sign-on bonus available

Bring your implant and prosthodontic expertise to a team built around it. At our Rochester center, you'll work directly alongside our Prosthodontist on advanced full-arch and restorative implant cases — no ramp-up, no generalist duties pulling you away from the specialty you've already built.

What You'll Do

• Assist the Prosthodontist chairside on advanced implant, full-arch, and restorative procedures
• Prepare materials for impressions and complex restorations
• Take digital X-rays and manage radiographic imaging
• Lead coordination of lab cases, timelines, and clinical inventory
• Mentor newer clinical team members as needed
• Collaborate with oral surgeons, hygienists, and Patient Education Consultants on complex treatment plans

What We're Looking For

• Current Dental Assistant certification meeting New York state requirements
• 2+ years of dental assisting experience, including hands-on implant or prosthodontic case experience (required)
• Comfort with full-arch and complex restorative workflows
• Strong manual dexterity and precision under pressure
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume specialty environment
