Why This Role Rocks

Love bringing order to moving parts and helping big projects come to life? As a Development Services Coordinator II, you'll be a key partner to our Construction, Architectural Design, and Real Estate teams, helping support the development of new Texas Roadhouse locations across the country. In this highly visible role, you'll coordinate project documentation, track important milestones, support vendor and stakeholder communication, and help keep critical development initiatives moving forward. *This is an on-site position working a hybrid schedule (minimum 3 days in office weekly) at the Texas Roadhouse Support Center in Louisville, Kentucky.

Your Recipe for Success

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Experience in project coordination, construction administration, real estate support, development support, or a related field preferred

  • Preferred experience supporting construction, architectural design, facilities, real estate, development, or other project-based teams

  • Familiarity with new restaurant openings, construction milestones, contracts, vendor coordination, and project documentation is a plus

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when handling reports, contracts, licenses, and project documentation

  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and external partners

  • Comfortable learning and utilizing project tracking tools such as Smartsheet

  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

  • Self-starter with strong ownership, follow-through, urgency, and teamwork skills

What's On Your Plate

  • Coordinate and maintain weekly construction reports, site lists, and other key project tracking tools

  • Track vendor deliveries, project milestones, and critical deadlines to support successful project execution

  • Organize and maintain construction documentation, closeout packages, commissioning reports, and project records

  • Support contract administration, document routing, tracking, and follow-up for capital and development projects

  • Assist with liquor licensing, lien release processing, compliance documentation, and project approvals

  • Help manage and track new store opening milestones through reporting and project management tools

  • Coordinate communications between Development leaders, architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal partners

  • Monitor project deliverables and follow up on outstanding items to help keep projects on schedule

  • Support Development Department operations across Construction, Architectural Design, and Real Estate

  • Serve as a trusted resource to leadership by providing organized, responsive, and service-focused support
