Our leaders and staff members create opportunities to promote independence and so all can contribute and connect with community.  Job Summary – Find your purpose and passion A Direct Support Professional (DSP) mentors and supports individuals with a variety of disabilities in daily living activities, essential life skills and community engagement experiences. This role will specifically be focused on providing skills and guidance in creating art across a multitude of mediums. Starting wage is $18 per hour, based on experience. Typical working hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30am – 3:30pm.
